1. Can I get samples? Do I need to pay the shipping? How do I receive the samples?
Sure, we are happy to send samples for test. The samples are free of charge if it is a few meters long. Customers need to pay the shipping cost. We usually send the samples by express way (DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS).
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is usually 30 rolls per size for regular products. However, we usually have stock for some hot-selling products. We also sell 1 roll if it is in stock. For other no regular products, customers need to consult our sale team.
3. What is your lead time?
The production time depends on different product and order quantity, packaging etc. For LCL shipment, the production time is 1 - 3 weeks. For full container order, the production time is 3 - 4 weeks. For goods in stock, shipment can be arranged immediately after confirmation by us.
4. What is your product warranty policy?
Most of our products are quality guaranteed for 1 year. The faulty product will be replaced in next order or relevant amount will be refund.
